ABOUT PAD ARCHITECTURE

Pad Architecture is a full-service architectural firm specializing in residential design. Serving the greater Indianapolis area, we provide architectural services through a collaborative process working directly with you to develop a design that fits your needs. Formerly known as Demerly Architects for over 20 years, we’ve been involved in many of the unique neighborhoods within and around Indianapolis. If it’s new construction, remodeling, additions, or renovating an existing home, we are familiar with many styles and eras of homes with the goal of creating a home uniquely designed for you.

OUR PROCESS

Every project tells a story, and your story is unique. When we engage, we will discuss the wants and needs for your ideal home. Tell us everything. What is it that you like in a home? What do you wish could be better? We will take this rhetoric into account and come up with a tailored solution.

After our initial meeting, we will sit down with you and go over one or maybe a couple of schematic designs to further develop your desires into the project. There are times when one option isn’t clearly the right path, so we work with you to find a solution that works for you and your home.

Once a clear decision has been made it will be time to provide full construction documents. These documents will be used by contractors to make the project a reality. We pride ourselves in providing you with detailed drawings that will assure that you are getting exactly what you want out of the design.

After the documentation of the project is completed, we are available to assist you in finding the right contractor for your project. We have experience working with many local high quality and trusted builders in the Indianapolis area. Not every project goes exactly as planned, so it is important that we make ourselves available to assist throughout the process.
